Elizabeth B. Treadway
Attorney
Elizabeth grew up a little bit of everywhere, as her father was a career Navy officer, and she graduated from West Potomac High School in Alexandria, VA in 1987. She earned her B.A. in English at the University of Mississippi in 1991, then stayed at Ole Miss and earned her J.D. in 1994.
After graduating from law school, she and Keith hung out their shingles together, and have practiced together ever since.
Elizabeth vounteers her time as a debate coach for Olive Branch High School and with the youth program at her church, Maples Memorial UMC. She also enjoys music, theatre, sports, photography, martial arts and any activity she can share with her two sons.
Keith Treadway
Attorney
Keith is a lifelong resident of Olive Branch and founding partner of the Treadway Law Firm. He graduated from Olive Branch High School in 1987. He earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Mississippi in 1991, and a J.D. from Ole Miss in 1994.

He handles employment law, civil rights litigation, special education matters and contract negotiations, among other things, on behalf of DeSoto County Schools. He also practices criminal law, personal injury and business law.
He has two sons, Jack and Jamie Treadway.

Angela Miller
Office Manager/Paralegal
Angela Miller has spent her work days in a law office for more than a decade, serving in legal assistant, office management and paralegal capacities. She joined Treadway Law Firm in 2010, bringing her experience with personal injury and disability claims, wills, estates and family law.
Angela’s personal history has given her a deep compassion for people involved in trying situations. She is able to take an “I’ve been in your shoes” approach to walk clients through many legal processes.
A wife raising four children, Angela lives in Olive Branch and attends Journey Baptist Church.
Diane Harris
Legal Assistant

Diane is a resident of Nesbit, MS, originally from Pawnee, OK. She has 3 adult daughters and 9 grandchildren, Benji, Katelyn, Brycen, Alexia, Brendon, Blaine, Autumn, Jada, and Sawyer. Diane values her family relationships and thankful to watch her grandchildren grow.
Diane joined us here at Treadway Law Firm as a Legal Assistant in 2010. She is a dedicated employee and always shows eagerness in making sure we provide the best legal representation possible.
With 9 grandchildren, Diane finds herself very busy keeping up with their many activities and accomplishments near and far. She also enjoys watching college football, NFL, and Nascar, being an “Ole Miss Rebel” at heart. Her favorite pastime is karaoke as her roots are very deep in music.
